Best beaches I've ever seen, several of them completely deserted and secluded, even in peak season, and great restaurants. I visited Cap Juluca with a (Female) friend for a short break during a vacation on St Maarten. The hotel was on the verge of being totally refurbished and taken over by Ritz Carlton and this was noticeable in the slightly dated decor. However. For our three visits to Anguilla our evening planned for Koal Keel is the highlight.We enjoy the history of your lovely island and feel that the restaurant and "cellar" full of wonderful bottles gives us an evening of dining perfection, true Anguillan hospitality and a getaway from the more mundane places at hotels.!The flavours and menu are so wonderfully creative... more
