2nd floor, open-air, with kitchen and bar in the centre. Nice atmosphere with white tablecloths, candles. Excellent Italian food, friendly and helpful staff. We had one seafood pasta dish and one grilled fish dish, bottle of wine, and one dessert - the cost was 70 USD. They have dance shows some nights, but not the night when we were there. more

Simple restaurant with a large variety of pizza. 7-10 USD for a 12inch pizza. We really enjoyed going here for a relaxed lunch/snack. This restaurant was popular with locals and tourists. more

Playa Rincon held up to the typical Dominican Republic rumors of beautiful beaches but a lot of hawkers with their depressed economy. We visited from one of our stops off the NCL Dawn. Don't be fooled by the expensive car and van taxis and their all day offers for mucho bucks. Instead take a motorized rickshaw for less than $40... more
