RUDDY was our guide. he was so funny, made time for everyone and had lots of interesting information about the D.R..Visiting the 'real dominican home', is a real eye opener..you will truly appreciate everything you have !!! Swimming in the river was fab but the boogie boarding was awesome . . food was excellent. is truly a day to remember.... more

Pick up at hotel, lots of rum available. Kenny was the guide. Great BS er. Starts out in back of large 4x4 truck. Goes up the mountain, very rough roads, lots of jostling. Visits typical Dominican household, kind of interesting. Fruit plantation pretty unimpressive, croc farm with crocs and crabs. River boat tour was 10 minutes up and back a... more
