This is definately a happening spot with lots of young people. I think there are 3 levels, we went downstairs and that seemed to be where the party was. We enjoyed it and would go back again for more fun. The beer book was huge!! more

The Delirium Cafe is probably the best beer bar in Brussels, and perhaps the world's 2nd best beer bar after the Kulminator in Antwerp.
