Reading all the positive reviews here, I had looked forward to taking the cooking lesson. I went into the restaurant/school myself to book myself a 5-hour private course, which cost me B3750 (about US$100). They seemed they have offered someone else a ride to/from their hotel, but did not offer me the same. I arrived the restaurant at 11:00 as... more

Hi all, I was in PhiPhi island and follow the french guide book to go to eat at Pum. I did not know it is a cooking school as well. The food is very clean and very good. Phad goong was so nice not oily at all so that I asked the manager to learn one dish 'it is called... more

One of the highlights during our stay in Phuket last year was the 'Pum's Little Pigtails" cooking class; a private 5 hour class that started out quite nicely when we were picked up in nearby Karon just before lunch. After arriving at the nice little restaurant in the middle of busy Patong we were introduced to our teacher Pui. Pui... more

As in the photos we did the Pum's Little Shoes class and it was the highlight of our trip. Pui is the loveliest most helpful lady, you genuinely learn a lot.We met Pum and had a great chat and all took photos of each other, we are going back next year and Pum's will be our first port of call. more

After reading about Pum's here on trip advisor, 4 friends and i booked in for the 4 hour cooking class. The atomosphere was fun, and all of the staff were very friendly. Our teacher was Pui who was lovely and gave us insight into her life as well as the food she taught us to cook. The food was simple... more

I did the "LIttle Wok" class with my Mum on Friday 23 May 2008. We had a funny and fun teacher named Pui who spoke great English and also had a great sense of humour. The class is structured well - you choose any 4 dishes from any of Pum's cookbooks; then you are introduced to all the essential Thai... more

This was my second visit to this restaurant. My first visit was not that positive but I decided to give it a second chance. I ordered sate. What I got was the worst sate I ever had. Sate is simply barbecued chicken what they gave me was some stir fired chicken in some curry sauce. Then they provided some sauce... more

Recently my Mum and I did the cooking class at Pum's, we had a great time and the food was fantastic. We went back for dinner twice and the food was spot on each time. The people are very friendly and made us feel at home. We will definately go back. more

Nice restaurant, very clean and tasty food. I've been there as a student and a customer both. Experienced a full day course during my late February stay: really liked the hands-on approach, and the staff proved very helpful and skilled. The Patong market guided tour stands by its own , as it's a very colourful and interesting experience, with a... more

I have been to Thailand more than 20 times so Pum is the best food and the cooking classes is excellent. I have cooked a lot of Tom Ka Gai at home (Germany), I have to say the price is quite cheap compare to many restaurants in Patong with fresh ingredients, if you understand how to eat well with quality,... more
