The Kaiserhof was our splurge hotel for four nights during a three week trip to Austria. It's a small family style hotel with five star finishes and services. The beds are fabulous, the rooms larger than average and the bathrooms generous. The staff couldn't be more professional and friendly. We booked a two night stay here after reading great reviews and from photos from Trip Advisor and we were not dissappointed. This is an absolute gem of a hotel. We loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. They gladly allowed us to park our bicycles safely in a small courtyard and didn't mind us lugging them through the hotel lobby several times. The breakfast is worth raving about. Stayed 5 days this August. 2 adults. Hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful. 5 mins walk Kaizerplatz U station and Karlskirk. 10 mins to Opera and inner stadt. We have just returned from Kaiserhof hotel where we had the most wonderful four nights. The hotel is in an excellent lo cation in the city center. The breakfast is delicious! Despite a rocky start, where the hotel had no record of our booking (not great after getting off the plane from Australia with a two year old), our stay turned out to be fabulous.
