Wonderful location and helpful smiling staff. Comfortable beds with comforters. Computer available to guests for small fee which was very convenient and much less expensive than nearby internet cafes. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other european hotels. An excellent location just minutes from the cathedral and pedestrian shopping areas. Underground is in the cathedral square as is the hop on off bus. Pension Neuer Markt has the best location for the price. Don't expect a lot of glitz and glam with the price. The rooms are modest, the bathrooms in need of a remodel.
