Good not Great hotel. When you pay 300€ / night I expect quiet, clean and a professional hotel. The staff barely speak English, major construction area around the hotel and no free internet access!!! Stayed at the Ambassador for a conference nearby. It is a great hotel. Lovely rooms with high ceilings and wooden floors. Very good breakfast and a popular bar in the hotel. It is within walking distance to everything. We also got a great price on the internet. more

I stayed at the Ambassador Hotel over Christmas with my husband and two teenage children. It was only a five minute taxi ride from Wien Mitte station at which the airport train arrives. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ours had air conditioning which we were not led to expect from some reviews.... more
