Definately not a 5* hotel, maybe a 3* at best. The rooms are nice, breakfast buffet adaquate. Staff is terrible. They over charged me by alot and would not give me a credit. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. more

It's a brand new hotel a stones throw from the sea, absolutely splendid looking building. The room was modern and extremely comfortable. great hotel, nice helpfull people. dinner is above average. was there during off-season, so prices where good. fantastic king size bed, and nice equipped bathroom. swimming pool and sauna a bit small, but good for relaxing a while. breakfast was ok, but average, taking in consideration the 5 stars of the hotel. more

I stayed at the Palace Hotel on a business trip to Noordwijk. I've stayed at other hotels there, and this is certainly better than average.
