We stayed at PS111 from 12th Dec-26th Dec 2008 our first time away for xmas. We got to the hotel about 4.30pm, the reception staff were lovely and helpful and polite, they gave us our key in super quick time no hanging about, unfortunately we were put on the top floor with a balcony view of the apartments across the... more

Would recommend Parque Santiago for a sun break in December. We stayed in PSIII and were impressed with the standard of accomodation. We were initially in an apartment with a disappointing view and because of work going on there was a compressor working just outside our balcomy from 7 - 7, we asked to be moved and we were then... more

Hi, stayed at these apartments for 1 week and found them to be clean and comfortable with regular maid service which was excellent. Whilst there I was duped into buying a sharpixel camera from a shop named ASDA and was charged 335 Euros when I realised I had been done, I went back to the shop but there was no... more

I booked with an owner (jean Bolton) and stayed in her 2 bedroom apartment on Parque Santiago 3. We had a fantastic time, the complex is great, especially as the kids spent all day in the water slide park. We could enjoy relaxingfor a change. The apartment was great, clean, comfortable with everything in it , washing machine etc. It... more

I am 13 years old. Our actual apartment in Parque Santiago 2 was spacious, clean, and generally really nice and comfortable. However, the pool staff (and we spent most of our time at the pool so we saw them often) were unfriendly and rude. On our first visit to the pool, i took an inflatable rubber ring into the water.... more

Went to this complex having stayed in Parque Santiago III and I am so glad I picked IV, even although all are of a high standard. The reason I'm glad I picked this one is even although it was busy and quite a lot of children there was still plenty of space in and around the pool area. In PS... more

Eight of us stayed at PS2 for a week in October and found it to be friendly and relaxing. We stayed at PS3 in July and I would say that I prefer PS2 as it is less busy. The poolside bar/snack bar is run by a friendly English family and nothing is too much trouble for them. I booked the... more

We just got back from a week long stay at Parque Santiago 2 and although I personally found other complexes more appealing we made the most of our stay. It is a pretty little complex, the appartment we stayed in faced the seaside so we had no problems with noise-levels at all, but I think it would be different if... more

Just returned from ps2 The place itself was ok , But the pool bar was very disappointing with no atmosphere what so ever. Had to pay 9 50 euros for 2 sun beds and more or less had them thrown at us. No balls or anything else allowed in pool. Basically it was as if they wanted to make your... more
