We drive from Cairns to Sydney fairly regularly and always make this motel one of our stopovers. A modern new building with large rooms in a quiet location with a good restaurant all at a reasonable price. Thats why we keep coming back more

The Windmill Motel is a wonderful place to stay. We stay over in Mackay quite regularly and the only place we'll book is the Windmill. The rooms aren't overly large but they are very clean and tidy. The Motel is also positioned in a good area of the town. #1 place to stay in Mackay. more
