I intended to stay only one night at this little hotel in Las Terrenas, but ended up staying three nights. The hotel itself is in perfect condition; new buildings and rooms, all amenities needed (TV, WiFi etc), nice pool, cute little lawns. The terraces almost all have wonderful views on the ocean and some even have hammocks on the terraces... more

The roads into and surrounding the village of Las Terrens are horrible! Pot holes everywhere!! This is our fourth vacation to this area - and doubtful we will return if this problem doesn't get addressed. Hotel accommodations were great! However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment! Terrible food - three of four in our party got sick from eating there.... more

I stayed at this hotel with the rest of my family-a big group of about 15 people. We had two villas. It is really a beautiful hotel and well kept. Very well kept and clean. The only complain I have is the service at the restaurant. We placed our breakfast order and asked them to deliver to the our rooms.... more

Do not look any further! Absolutely the best hotel in Las Terrenas Staff is warm and very professional and the apartment had all the comfort you need, a lot of space, comfy beds, a big bathroom and a very nice balcony, also I do have to mention the kitchen where we could make our coffee or tea in the morning... more

Hadn't been to Las Terrenas in more than 8 years. Despite the town's boom the infrastructure is still very underdeveloped. To get to the hotel you reach the sand beach front road and follow...the hotel is a pretty apartment complex. The restaurant offered fresh seafood everyday....perfect place to get it! The staff was friendly. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment... more

We've been twice to Hotel Alisei in the last 12 months and would go back tomorrow. Believe me, from Seattle, Washington, we are talking serious commitment. So, Hotel Alisei, will you marry me? You're beautiful, smart, fun. I love your ocean views, your coffee and your pretty pretty pool. You really know how to please me. I'm open to adopting... more

Holes from 20-40 cm deep in the midle. There seems to be one way traffic. Even the police drives the wrong way around. The road to and in front ofhotel... more

We wanted to spend our honeymoon at the Caribbean and we finally choose to stay at the hotel Alisei, which turned out to be the perfect place for honeymooners. We could enjoy a wonderful sunny week there, watching incredible sun sets. The hotel rooms were nice and clean, the food were delicious and the service staff friendly and very obliging.... more

We just got back yesterday from a great weekend at Las Terrenas. We chose Alisei thanks to Trip Advisor reviews and decided to write a review myself as appreciation. We live in Santo Domingo and wanted to get away for the weekend. Las Terrenas itself was the perfect place and Alisei was the icing on the cake. We wish we... more

We stayed two weeks in April 2008; this time of year is apparently off-season, so especially during the week there were few guests in the hotel. On the weekends the place filled with especially Dominicans. The guests were an international mix of French, Americans, Italians and Argentians. We were travelling with two children aged 4 years and 11 months and... more
