Stayed here for 4 weeks for business in nearby Pasadena. Changed from the 2nd floor to the 6th at the recommendation of a colleauge as he found the atrium could get noisy during weekend evenings, thanks to the free drinks happy hour! This is a older hotel it needs some upgrades. The staff is very nice. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites before and was a little disappointed in this hotel. The bathrooms could be bigger pool area could be better. more

We just returned home from a 4 day stay at embassy. husband and 2 kids. there was plenty of room for everyroom we had to double beds in the bedroom. plus pull out sofa in the living room.small lil fridge that we used everyday for our water bottles and box drinks for the kids. boy oh boy was the breakfast... more

This is our second stay at this property. The location is lovely - Arcadia is a very pleasant area with lots of nice restaurants. We had no problems with the breakfast - plenty of seating and everything was cleaned promptly - and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. This hotel is excellent not only because of the property itself, but because of the wide selection of restaurants in the immidiate area. A bit too far from everything in LAX, but it is worth the drive. more

Front desk staff and employees very friendly, polite and professional. However, first they force everyone to go through the cook to order breakfast line, whether you want a custom omelet or not. This place has such potential, yet, it falters in some very key areas. And I really do think that the attitude trickles from the top down. Stayed here for 5 nights as a base whilst visiting LA and wanted a suite room so that we had a separate area with a sofa bed for our child.
