We only stayed one night at the Crystal Inn since we were flying out the next morning but I was very impressed. The rate was very good considering you get a breakfast that was really quite good and free park n fly. The lady that checked us in explained everything and was very curtious. Rooms were very spacious and had... more

We truly are a pet friendly property . Unfortunately, the hotel does not recall ever having this experience with this guest, especially to the level of bringing in a lawyer to rectify. We try our best to delight every guest and are quick to respond when issues may occur.

My husband, myself and our two Boston Terriers checked into the hotel on Oct. 5th of this year. We went to the pool and the weight room. When getting off the eliptical stair stepper I caught my toe on a piece of jagged metal. I reported it on my way back to the room and asked for bandaids. I trailed... more

This was an unfortunate incident that did happen at the hotel to a frequent guest. This guest was charged a damage fee due to a pet incident. However, as soon as the guest contacted the general manager, the full amount was refunded, without delay, and the front desk staff was retrained on how to better aid in circumstances like this.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Our room was very spacious and well furnished. Beds were big and comfortable, all was clean. Unfortunately a.c. was very noisy. A bad mark: we had to wait for the shuttle bus at the airport for more than one hour!!!! more

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times as it was convenient for us when flying out of DIA. In fact we stayed there on Aug. 4, 2008 and made reservations to stay when we returned from a trip with our son, daughter-in-law and 4 granddaughters. When we arrived, we noticed that the rooms are beginnign to look somewhat rundown. They... more

It is law that a child must sit in a child restraint seat while being transported. Due to limitations in vehicle space and the variety of children's sizes, the hotel does not supply these seats. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to provide this for their child. The Crystal Inn cares about the safety of our guests, big and...

I stayed at this property with my family last weekend. We checked in to only be told later that they had to turn off the water. for most of the night. After spending most of the night without water (no toilets} they wouldn't even offer to give us a refund. The rooms are outdated and the next morning the staff... more

During this guest's stay a main water line outside the hotel broke. Due to this, there was no water into the hotel. The General Manager, understanding the inconvenience of no water, purchased cases of bottled water to hand out to our guests. Each guest received two bottles of water each, and more if they requested it. By morning, the water...

Denver was my connecting flight city and the plane had engine troubles. My co-worker and I were told when we arrived in Denver at 9PM that we would be there until 10:30 AM. We did not get our free airline hotel lined up through customer service until almost 11PM due to long lines and weary stranded travelers. We get to... more

During this time we were having diffifculties with our shuttle service because we did share it with other hotels. Particularly at night, when airport accommodations was placing distressed passengers, the shuttle was unusually busy, and therefore slow. We understood the discomfort and additional stress slow shuttle service was causing our guests. To rectify, we now have two of our own...

We chose this as our Denver-area lodging because it was reasonably close to the airport, was accessible to main highways, and it had a fair amount of amenities for a reasonable rate (first booked @ US $125/night, then got an internet rate of US $105 [2-bed room]). Things were clean and staff friendly. Pool and whirlpool were small, but fine... more

This was a great place for us to spend the night. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the shower... not enough pressure with the type of shower head. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel. more

I have stayed at the Crystal Inn in Aurora CO a few times. Hotel is clean well kept and has a terrific full breakfast. Usually staying at the end of a trip because of how close the hotel is to the airport. My only negative this time is that the hotel now shares the shuttle service with two other hotels.... more

Management response from

This used to be true because we shared shuttle with other hotels. However, we now have our own shuttle, which provides transportation only for Crystal Inn guests. The service is much better at provider quicker pick up and drop off.
