Loved this hotel. Best location, right on the main street 2 blks from the Lake. The staff goes out of their way to give excellent customer service. Super clean rooms, hot water, and very reasonable rates. They have a small pool, hot tub, and computers with free internet. They also have free wireless internet. This hotel has it all. This... more
This is the second year our group has booked the Kakchiquel Hotel and have been pleased with all aspects of our stay. Please note the hotel is in 2 sections, across the street from one another.
