This review is for people who can understand: Before I book I checked reviews and photos of other guests and I decide to go there because of the location-is my 14th time to Istanbul and I think is 1 of the best areas to stay. First of all I appreciate the fact that on our arrival, the receptionist show us 2... more

When they were unable to give us the room that we expected, they comped us the airport pickup, gave us a nice gift and apologized profusely. They gave us good advice about where to dine, didn't... more

The Apex came highly recommended on Trip Advisor and in the main lived up to it's billing. We flew into the grossly under-used Sabiha... more

We stayed at The Apex Historical for two night after arriving in Istanbul by Cruise Ship. The hotel is well located in the historical district and is walking distance to all of the major sights. Certainly no complaints about the location at all. The hotel itself is quite run down and is in need of attention. The furniture is the... more

We arrived by bus from Burgas, Bulgaria in the evening and took the metro and tram to the Blue Mosque stop and walked to Apex Boutique Hotel. We were met by a very friendly staff member that gave us drinks and turkish delight. Our room was in the back on the 2nd floor, with a view of the Blue Mosque.... more

Received warmest of welcomes as we checked in after a dreadful journey! Offered valuable tourist information, maps etc Thought the shower didn't work BUT it is different to home and we had not understood its method. (Perhaps like previous reviewer). It was explained to us and the next 4 days had no problems. Room in vibrant colours was so typically... more
