Also can't understand negative reviews - were upgraded from Superior to Deluxe room because there were no superior rooms available. Good size room with balcony. Pool was well used by many of the guests. Concierge very helpful. Check-in and out was hassle free with very friendly staff. Used 1 of the restaurants and service and food were excellent. more

I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews on here - unless parts of the hotel are still being renovated. I stayed in the tower part which was very good - air conditioning was excellent which in Singapore is a must. The rooms are quite small (the bathroom especially), but otherwise a decent place to stay for a few days.... more

this place's best times must have been decades ago - room size ok, but carpets and chair simply disgusting and dirty, nothing you'd really like to touch. fridge did not work. not a recommendation even though this might apply for most of singapore's hotels in this price range - nothing to write home about! more
