http://www.hotelvancouvervina.cl/ This an old, large house that has various rooms available to mostly Argentinian and Brazilian tourists. The room we were given was dirty, with one low-wattage light bulb. It was hard to see at night, so we could not read. We watched TV instead, but the remote control did not work. My husband and I recently spent three days in Vina del Mar while traveling in Chile.
