We loved our accomodation at the Mandala Desa. It looks just like the photos on the website - very private, nice view of the rice paddies, frogs "singing" all night, coi pond and outdoor shower. We stayed in Bali for 2+ weeks and this was probably our favorite. Small, beautiful place. Great, elegant decor. Huge room for which we paid an incredibly reasonable $75 a night. We had a great stay at Mandala Desa. Pickup from the airport is complimentary, and they'll drive you to your destination if you're leaving from Ubud to somewhere else. Who would have thought that such a place existed? And at such a reasonable rate?
