I had an amazing stay at the Fauzi Azar Inn. Everyone was very helpfull and nice, Gabi and Suraida in particular. We had a private double room, which was very charming and clean. Upon arrival we were even a little bit sorry that we didn't book a bed in dormitory - they were lovely and we met some great people... more

For three young college girls trying to travel through Israel on a budget, this hostel was PERFECT. The Inn is warm and welcoming, with a chill vibe. We were greeted with big mugs of tea and a tour of the digs when we arrived travel-weary during the night, which was an excellent touch. The rooms are phenomenal. Spacious, airy, and... more

I guess I wasn't as impressed as others were. Maybe I'm too old already! This place had a nice college student vibe. Perhaps if I had been staying the communal rooms, it would have been more what I was expecting. I was with my husband and we stayed in one of the private rooms with a bathroom. Although the hosts... more

Had never stayed in this type of arrangement before (hostel-ish) so wasn't sure how things worked on arrival; no front desk, no clear understanding of who was in charge. However, it all worked well. My son and I were welcomed with a great glass of Bedouin tea and shown to our room. Because of the low price of a bed/night,... more

Sweet communal air even prevailed the sadness of losing my favorite jumper on the way. Will stay there anytime in Nazareth. more

The inn is a charming haven of high frescoed ceilings, large windows, and low-key comfort in the old city of Nazareth. Despite being very close to the market (which has lovely fruit and vegetables, and more kitsch than is imaginable), it is tranquil and quiet (occasionally interupted by church bells). We'd definitely recommend this place for a weekend of exploring... more

We stayed in Fauzi Azar Inn just before Christmas on our visit to the North of Israel. The place is full of character, magic atmosphere and stunning views. I would recommend staying in for the sunset sipping a beer or two on the terrace. The location just hits the spot, virtually next door to all the charming churches of the... more

This inn, located in the city of Christianity, close to a typical middle east/arabic market (with its colorful sights and rich smells) and overlooking the churches and mosques of Nazareth. On top of all this, it's run by an enthusiastic young israeli couple who are dedicated to "peace in the middle east". What could be more interesting ?? In the... more
