When we called the Safed inn to ask for avalebility they were already very helpfull on the phone to tell us how we could come there. We had an excelent time! The rooms were perfectly clean. There was a frigde, tv and even free coffee and thee in the room. Allso a jacusi and sauna in the lovely garden. But... more

Booked a dorm room which was much cheaper. It had 2 beds and private bathroom with access to kitchen and tv room which was great. . The beds were very comfortable but bathroom needed updating. Because of elevation of Safed it was much cooler which I loved. Best part of stay was the friendly and helpful hosts more

Just returned from 18 days in Israel the highlight of which was our stay at the Safed Inn, Safed. Superb hosts who were so helpful in every way possible. Excellent value at 100 NIS per night. We booked through www.hostels.com but make no mistake this is no ordinary hostel. Breakfast of home made products, a beautiful extensive garden, a sauna... more
