The place is a scam. Rooms are old and dirty. Thick layer of dust on chairs and tables. Breakfast is bad. Considering what they charged us -- 350 shekels for a double room, this is absolutely not worth it. more

Hotel Aviv is in a great location in Tiberias. It is barely a five minute walk from the Promenade that is bustling with a touristy-restaurants, gelato stands, and a mini-Bazzar.
