This hotel is not what most middle-aged Americans expect from a resort area. I want to say from the beginning, the people were very, very nice. That was not the issue. The hotel, the grounds, the town of Tiberius,... all of them, just not nice. There is trash all over the place... the parking lot is a mess, a dumpster... more

Dear valued guests It was obviously disturbing to read the negative sides of this review. While the whole issue of garbage collection is under the responsibility of the municipality, we have invested in a new ramp and am continiously making efforts to win the cooperation of the municipality in this issue. Strong Points: The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Two types of eggs, 10 types of salads, 4 types of fish, fresh bread rolls,dry cereal, yogurt, hot pastries, two kinds of coffee cake, yogourt, and fruit salad. The staff was pleasant. For religious people there is a holy site very close to the hotel... more

We have just returned from a week at this great hotel. The hotel is nice and clean and we had experienced incredible service. (don't miss the room with the bath on the terrace). more
