The great tragedy is that this place could be wonderful. The location, overlooking the bay, is outstanding. Unfortunately that doesn't counterbalance the state of the hotel, the standard of cleanliness and the fact that staff, though kind and helpful, seem to have received no training and don't know what running a hotel is about.
