We booked a Junior Suite for one night. When we entered the room, we found so many dead insects (small beetles and a big moth) on the carpet and side table, and what was worse, there were some hairs on the bed sheet. So we asked the receptionist to clean up our room again while we go out to have... more

Stayed her for 4 days this month and while I enjoyed the hotel, I was amazed at the charges for food and the bar. Also remember when you book your room you will have to pay an additional 10% Service Charge and then 7% Thai Tax. It cost me 18,800 Baht for 3 nights in a basic room and breakfasts... more

Stayed at the resort with some friends for one night. Yes I suppose it is always possible to make negative comments but we found the food to be good, rooms very clean and well maintained and the swimming pools were fantastic. I think the previous comments about the staff being unable to communicate in English are undeserved and we certainly... more

This place is a very secluded and lovely location with a private beach and long peir. The check in was the fastest I have ever had in any hotel and the staff were very efficient. The rooms were a bit on the old side with a few problems (our hot water tap failed but was fixed within 30 minutes), but... more

No doubt this was a very short stay for me and my wife, however, we had a wonderful time in Rayong Resort. The moment I stepped my feet onto RR's lobby, I could feel the fresh breeze from the seaside just took my breath away. The ambience just felt right and I knew for the moment, I was in a... more

Rayong resort is a retreat where indeed one should only go if one is tired of the rest of the world. Although the Resort advertises that they have a daily boat service to Ko Samet Island this is not true. The staff was willing however to arrange a speed boat to Ko Samet for more than US$ 100 If you... more

Very good hotel with excellent staff, the beach is beautiful, although we were not able to utilize it due to the weather. The restraunts are top notch, the only miniscule issue is the lack of an ATM, but all you have to remember is to bring money with you or go to one of the nearby towns to get money. more
