We loved this hotel for its cleanliness and customer service. We were in the area attending a Veterans Day event at the Milwaukie Elks Lodge. The value and service for this hotel is what will bring us back and we are sure to return next year! more

We traveled with our 1 year old - so cleanliness and value were top priorities, and these were outstanding. We got the smoking (smoking room was a much better price and the room did not smell at all) suite for about $50 a night, and it was very clean. We were extremely happy with the room itself and the price,... more

This is our second stay in the last year at this facility and, in both cases, we've found it to be just super in quality, cleanliness, location, and price. We paid $48 per night which included all taxes (the senior rate you only get by calling Choice Hotels) for what basically was a mini suite. It appeared that the curtains,... more

We loved staying at this Econolodge in Oregon City/Milwaukie. The service was great from the front desk to the housekeeping. The front desk agent Kash helped us get movie tickets to a sold out show and made reservations for us at great local restaurant in the sellwood area. This hotel is what customer service is all about. This is our second... more

Enjoyed our stay at this Econolodge back in Sept. 2006, and are returning soon! A real gem, and a bargain. The managers took great care to keep an eye on the parking lot, so we felt secure parking our truck. The room was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the price was kind to our budget. more

On the final night of a 5,000-mile driving trip, rain and darkness fell, the wallet was thin, and I chose with resignation the lowly EconoLodge in Milwaukie because it was cheap ($50). What a surprise! The property is owned and operated by on-site owners, and their pride shows. The room was very nicely furnished and immaculate. When I discovered a... more

This place deserves the rave reviews that it has received. We stayed in a suite with a separate living area, including a sofa and second TV (for $50ish). The indoor/outdoor pool and spa area were sufficiently warm and super clean. I think they have the pool people in weekly (or maybe even daily). For being adjacent to a fairly major... more

I was skeptical that the previous reports were all 100% accurate, but I took a chance and lo and behold I was extremely satisfied! The motel itself is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and they kept a very close eye on all of the comings and goings so I felt fairly secure even though it... more

What a find for the money! Extremely reasonably priced, spacious, very clean suite accomodations with a pool, hot tub, and continental breakfast! You can't beat it in the Portland area. But you really need a car since it is not in Portland proper (which has great mass transit) and on a commercial street/highway. more

I found this Econolodge in Milwaukie to be the best value in the Portland Metro area. It is close to downtown Portland, Portland International Airport (PDX), and the Llyod Center Shopping center. It was onlyl 10 miles from our event at the Portland Expo Center and was well worth the drive. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Overall... more
