Stayed for one night in this hotel for work - and was thoroughly delighted. Very helpful staff looked after us, as well as in the bar and at breakfast. We spent one night at this lovely hotel and restaurant. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The reception really helped plan our day out in York, gave us train times and prices, told us the best places to go.
