I have never stayed in a hotel which was run by such unqualified people including managers and desk clerks. The rudeness and misinformation that was given out to my family and friends was horrifying. This is an older hotel and the rooms/public areas are dated. The room was clean, but the bathroom was dark with very old tile. It was a little scary to leave our car in the parking lot--just seemed rather dark. I would not recommend this hotel. more

Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant. The hotel has a bar which plays music every nite. The locals come there for rap. The whole time we stayed we couldn't sleep because of the loud music. We stayed at this hotel on Aug 20, 2008. We asked for a cot at 4:00 pm and went to visit Bushkill Falls. Upon our return at 8:00 pm, no bed. We asked several more times and then learned that the maintenance worker that provides the bed didn't show up for work. We finally got a bed at 11:30 pm.... more

I arranged to meet my daughter and a friend at this hotel so more than one room was involved. Entrance to lobby was filthy. Not Family/kid friendly like advertised. Stripper night club in front lobby. After club closes be prepared for 2:00 a.m swimmers jumping from oversized rocks in center of pool. Restraurant still closed for renovations for upcoming" Indian Restraurant". Never any coffee in the coffee maker which is put out on Saturday/Sunday mornings. We stayed at the Quality Inn in Stroudsburg only because it was near our friends campgrounds. I thought we were staying in a three star hotel, but it was closer to a 0 Star hotel.
