My stay started off good, until I pulled down the comforter. There were stains on the linens and bugs crawling on the sheets. The owner only offered clean sheets for me to change. She didn't even care to come in and look at the disgusting conditions. Americas Best Value Inn offers NO customer support either. My concerns were basically ignored... more

on september 27 &28 we spent 2 nights & days at americas best value inn. the service was excellent as always. the pool is very nice the inn is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. when we go to pigeon forge my wife and I always stay there. we would recomend to our friends that they stay at americas... more

We did not have a reservation beforehand...just dropped by and check this place and rates were very reasonable. Had a great stay. Very convenient to everything. Great location. We were able to walk to most destinations which was great since gas was so high and very hard to find. Would stay here again.!!! Very quiet and very clean. more
