Attended a wedding in Townsend and several of the family stayed here. Office people were very accommodating and absolutely helpful. They knew everyplace to go and and several hidden gems. The rooms had fine views and housekeeping was first class. We were there for five days and the office suggested many good places to eat, locally. more

My family and I travel to the Smoky Mountains at least once each year. For the past 3 years we have stayed at the Highland Manor. This place is wonderful! We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very very clean, the rooms were a very nice size. The bathroom is large and there is also a sink and mirror outside of the bathroom so that helps when someone else is taking a shower. There is also a small fridge and microwave. They have iron and ironing boards and hair... more

We found this motel a nice quiet place to spend a few days. Rooms were clean and well maintained but we found the availabilty of wireless internet coverage lacking. (There is no dial up). The daily continental breakfast was very limited but it was good. Local eateries were scant and the motel does not offer any type of restaurant facilities... more

I love this place. Such a nice clean place to stay. Family owned by the Headrick family. She is such a nice lady and so are all of her staff. We have stayed here the last 10 years coming to Townsend and we love it. Clean, cozy and close to everything we love like Cades Cove and the Apple Barn... more

This is a very nice and quiet place to stay. We had a room with a jetted tub. It was very quiet and peaceful and had a great view of the mountains. The staff here is great and apparently very honest. My husband left his favorite golf shirt in the room. I did not miss it until about a week... more

Cozyplace; very friendly staff. Nice view of mountains from our room - see photo. Very affordable (especially in the off season). Try Miss Lilly's Cafe across the road for dinner. more
