Chose to stay at Parque Santiago III with my husband and 3 children (aged 6,4,2) after reading reviews. Was delighted that I did. The complex was excellent. my partner and i stayed at the parque santiago 3 in july/aug this year and it was fantastic. only downside was that the first room they gave us overlooked the road and the taxi rank and it was extremely noisy! we asked to be moved and they put us in a fab apartment in the main tower with great views... more

Have just returned from a ten night stay,its very hard to fault this hotel and complex,i think most of the other decent reviews do it fair justice. The only things i would offer is to definately make sure you do NOT book a room that is overlooking the main road,sure its great to watch the very busy world go by... more

These apartments are based in the newly developed part of Las Americas, almost as equidistance from Los Cristianos' promenade as from the Veronica's strip in the older part of Las Americas.
