Returned on the 4th of November 2008. Cleanliness No issues very clean and tidy, no negatives to mention. Clean towels every day. Hotel Rating. Not a 4 star, 3 star at best, many areas of the hotel looking decidedly worn. No fridge in rooms, nor minibar, or Tea & Coffee facilities, even a kettle would help. You pay 15 euros... more

Just returned from a 2 week break & I have got to say after reading some of the reviews I was plesantly suprised. The food was very good even though there were some funny breakfast ideas ie; green beans & chips there was always plenty to choose from every day. The hotel does have a lot of Germans, French &... more

I would not stay at this hotel again. It seems very geared up for adults and not children. I am a single parent with a nine year old son. The children are not allowed to play with any toys in the pool and while I can understand them not being able to use the big inflatables he was not even... more

We stayed at this hotel for a week all inclusive, after reading some of the reviews we were a little worried. However, the hotel was very clean, our room was nice, clean, maids everyday and fresh towels if requested, we had a seaview which was lovely, I do agree with some of the other reviews that the walls are very... more

The hotel was very nice and always clean. I was very impressed as they deep cleaned the pool area every day. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food and attentiveness of the hotel waiters. The food was amusing to say te least. i mean one morning they were serving green beans with garlic for breakfast. Overall... more

Was there in june 2008, and it isn't worth to be called a 4 star hotel. The food is no good, always the same thing in the buffet, and the waiters can't smile, and not worth to be called waiters. The carpet must be renewd. And there's no fridge in the rooms. The pool is not available before nine o'clock. more

Returned to the Las Palmeras for our 5th visit after the passed 2 years at the sol Tenerife. The room we were in which we always try request had been refurbished with bright, airy decor, and modern fittings&furniture so this was a very pleasant suprise. The hotel communal areas and grounds are always kept spotless as is the restaurant. Towels... more

Just stayed at The Las Palmeras for a week. Went all inclusive big mistake. Food terrible found it hard to find something decent to eat. Room fine but paid extra for a sea view. Not many English in fact didnt cater for English at all. Found all entertainment pointless as no one bothered about us. Most of the waiters fine.... more

I have to say, after reading all the reviews I prepared to worst. But it wasn't that bad really. We had six rooms booked and none of them had croaches or anything. I've been to couple of hotels in Spain before and my impression is that the standarts of hotel are lower in this country in general. Our check-in took... more

We were "dumped" at this hotel having arrived at the H10 Conquistador to be told they were overbooked! We were "upgraded" to all inclusive as way of compensation. This means you can get an extra meal and second class beverages from a vending machine! If there were any other advantages to being all inclusive, we weren't told about them. This... more
