Just returned from a weeks stay. On arrival, (we took taxi hoping to miss the mass check in,) there was a queue, no sooner had we joined the queue, there was champagne being offered to all & an apology for the wait!!! When we arrived at the H10 we where greated by very unfriendly reception staff. After a 20 min search we finaly found our room!
