We stayed in one of the upstairs apartments over looking the sea, it was lovely. The apartment was very clean, cleaned 6 out of 7 days a week, this was good although if the cleaner comes when your having lunch or dinner in, she will continue to mop the floor. and also they will just walk in the only time... more

The Caleta Del Mar apartments are located right on the perimeter of Corralejo adjoining the huge area of sand dunes/beach which is designated a Natural Park. we arrived in fuerturventura and got straight into a taxi,which cost us 50 euros. We gort dropped off right outside the hotel and there was a note for us to collect our key from 'paddy's' bar downstairs. When we opened the door,we were impressed with the room we had been given. We stayed at the Caleta del mar for 10 days this August. The apartments were really good, very clean and the kitchen even had a dishwasher. The maids came in most days to clean the room. This complex was very quiet and we saw very few people during the day around the pool area. This suited myself and my husband... more

My husband and I recently stayed at Caleta Del Mar as we were desperate for some winter sun. I would say this is the perfect place for a couple to stay for some r and r.
