Easily accessible, close to Historic Old Town and Sea World. I prefer not to stay at hotels where the door faces the outside, which this one had. The hotel is bordered on three sides by large roads, so it was pretty noisy. Due to its proximity to Sea World and restaurants, this hotel is a good place for families to... more

I don't usually post reviews of hotels, but I am shocked to read what our friends across the pond have written about this hotel. I just completed 8 stays (2-3 per month) at the Holiday Inn, and have experienced nothing of what others experienced. 1. Yes, it is near a Home Dept, but that is down the street. The reviewer... more

Booked through priceline for $70 a night over Halloween weekend. Hotel has a very nice lobby with a very nice staff. Had no problems with this hotel. Rooms are okay, and beds are comfortable. Room comes with a fridge, and microwave. Parking is ample and FREE. Great restaurants in the area, BARBECUE right across the street. Short drive to OLD... more

I am a Business Travel Consulant and so I received a discounted rate with this hotel and being a well-known chain I thought I had no worries....WELL UNTIL WE ARRIVED... They charged myself and my friend twice for our stay so instead of paying $400.00 each they whipped off our debit cards $800.00, how could they be so stupid to... more

This hotel is a horrible place , i already had booked the hotel when I saw the review on this site. I called Holiday Inn and I tried to cancel but it was already too late. This location is definitely OVERPRICED , we stayed for the same price at a Hilton hotel in Los Angeles. The rooms are really dark... more

Don't be sucked in by the pictures of this hotel. It's located right next to a Home Depot, so If you want to see day labors right outside of your hotel room then this is the place for you. We spent 4 nights at this place and the experience went from bad to totally unacceptable before we departed. They claim... more

Their customer service is awful. I spent a week trying to resolve a cancellation issue and they were almost totally unresponsive. I gave up and paid the bill and found out that they overcharged me. I spent two weeks trying to get them to fix the bill without success. I finally had to get my credit card company involved and... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights while we visited Sea World. The hotel appears to be older, but has been updated on the inside. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a king and bunk beds. It was quiet in our room. The bed was quite hard and I had a difficult time sleeping. Our... more

I booked this hotel thinking it was a suite. When we got to the room we discovered it was a glorified standard room! In the king suite, there was a door that separated the front area from the bed BUT the A/C is in the front and with the door shut....no air. Also the sink was in the bedroom right... more

I thought I was safe with the Holiday Inn name and the pictures of the kid's suites looked great. Boy was I wrong. You get off the freeway to pass a strip club with hookers lined up on the sidewalk and then a fairly scanky business area in which the hotel is located. Once we got there, the front desk... more
