Well...my holiday in Bali is totally spoilt because of this hotel! I don't understand why all travellers gave the best review.Yes,i admit that the environment of this hotel is nice compare to other hotels in Kuta as it is full of balisani feel. But i must say if you are a asian, please consider carefully and deeply if you want to choose... more

There is nothing i can fault this resort on the location is perfect, on the beach away from the dirty bustle of kuta or legian but with the resorts shuttle bus service its easy to get to all the shops and restaurants within mins. The grounds of the resort were beautiful with a very tradtitional Balinese theme the large pool... more

Just came back from my first trip to Bali and absolutely loved it. The hotel was cute and well kept. Loved the aged look which gives it authenticity. It's a medium sized hotel which we liked and there was a nice mix of all age classes and nationalities. We stayed in two rooms (the villas for the first two nights... more

On my first trip to Bali, I felt a little overwhelmed with the choices of where to stay. I read reviews and narrowed down my choice to this hotel for my days on the beach. I was very happy with pretty much all aspects of my stay. The main "pros" of the hotel are: beautiful grounds with lovely landscaping, nice... more

My wife and I just came back from Bali and we had one of the best trips we have ever had. Grand Balisani was a great hotel, with beautiful gardens and fountains. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony and great bathroom. Downsides: Breakfast, very weak! Very limited options. (it could be because the restaurant was being renovated, but...)... more

I was looking forward to staying here again, unfortunately the price has gone up a little too much, for only 1 year, but was great, sure maybe an extra $10 but not double. more

Decided to try something new for my second visit to Bali and to meet my future Bride. Had a hotel broker give us the room # (sorry won't divulge!) and we had a room and experience for the ages. Like to swim in the surf? Watch out for the undertoe, but if you don't there is a manned guard tower.... more

I stayed at Grand Balisani Suites over New Years 2007 and loved it! People make it sound like it’s miles and miles away from Kuta, which in a sense it is, except for the distance. The hotel provides a shuttle service, and anyway all the places which I liked (the better restaurants in Seminyak like Kudeta, Living Room, and The... more

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Grand Balisani Suites in September 2006. We chose a junior suite room (USD $78 per night) which was fully outfitted with TV, IDD telephone, large bed, extra-large and luxurious bathroom, work area, mini bar, in-room safe, AC, and balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel's many features include a giftshop, business center,... more

I should really have posted a review of this fantastic hotel earlier, as we stayed for three nights in December 2005. When we came to Bali it was evident the region needed all the tourists they could get, as we were told Grand Balisani only had 15 % occupancy for the month of December. And it was NOT because of... more
