We stayed in these apartments Sep '08. We actually booked the panorama apts, they told us that the plumbing was broken in our room,we thought this was a lie as they also told about 20 other couples the same thing or something similar like cockroaches were in their rooms, so we were all transfered to the Arena Dorada apts, obviously... more

as juem says and the very helpful german receptionist is lissy loco she was very attentive and helped my wife and i get transfers sorted when jumbo tours did not arrive for the return transfer the transfer may drop you off at mcdonalds on arrival and say they will pick u up at the reception for return but be aware... more

Returned last week from Puerto del Carmen, hadnt booked this apartment had booked the Panorama but like so many other people were moved here. Apparantly both places owned by the same person and he was trying to fill up the Arena - we were told the other place was overbooked but others told there were problems with water, pool etc.... more

this hotel is clean and spaceious, it is very quite. 4 of us stayed here, and were rather loud compared to everyone else. For saying how close to the main strip is, is isnt a very lively hotel, although there were no real problems. is is in an ideal place right next to the nightlife, shops and beach. more

Stayed at the Arena Dorada for 3 nights with my sister and we were a little concerned as its only 2 star. Have to say that we were pleasantly surprised - accommodation was clean but basic but to be honest we only used the room as a base as we were either on the beach or out for the evening.... more
